You might get a little confused with the all the beauty magazines and various beauty products in the market. But now you need not worry as we have the best beauty tips for you.
Today beauty care in India is the highlighted topic and this is owing to much stress and improper eating habits, people tend to show at an early age the signs of aging.
Everyone has desire of looking beautiful and this is effective when skin is healthy and beautiful. Spending couple of minutes costs less.
In today world time is most important keeping that in mind here are Top 10 Tips:
1. Dry brush your skin before you shower or take a bath. A dry brush is a big, soft-bristled, hand-held brush that’s designed to be used by those who suffer from dry skin or cellulite – or those who just want to give their skin a healthy-looking glow. You brush your skin in circular, upward strokes. This stimulates the oil glands in your skin and is thought to smooth out uneven skin texture and tone. You can pick up a dry body brush from any good pharmacy.
2. Clean your hair with clarifying shampoos. Use of color protect hair care, smoothing hair care and other heavy hair products will only make hair greasy, meaning that you have to wash it far more often. If you must use such shampoos, clarify hair once a week by rinsing it in apple cider vinegar. This will get rid of any build-up on the hair, but it will keep it nourished, too.
3. If you’ve ran out of foundation, try this simple trick – mix a little bit of concealer with some moisturizer. This will give you the coverage you need, but adding the moisturizer makes it go much further. This tip also works for lipstick – if you have no lipstick and you desperately want a bit of color on your lips, mix a little bit of blusher powder with Vaseline.
4. Don’t keep makeup for longer than six months – even if it’s half full. Things like mascara and lipstick are classic harboring grounds for bacteria and using old makeup can cause infections like conjunctivitis.
5. To keep makeup looking fresh and crisp all day long, give your skin a quick spray with some hair spray or some setting spray. Just remember not to go near flames or to smoke when you have hair spray on your face or hair, as it’s one of the most flammable products around.
6. If you’re coming to the end of your nail varnish and it’s gone gloopy and gunky in the bottom of the bottle, put in a couple of drops of nail varnish remover, pop the lid back on and give it a good shake. This will emulsify everything that’s left in the bottom, giving you enough nail varnish for one or two more applications.
7. Many of us forget about our feet and neglect them – this can leave them dry and not looking their best. Try to make time every week or so to give your feet a luxurious foot bath. You don’t need a fancy foot spa – just fill up a basin with warm water, a few drops of tea-tree oil and some pebbles. Rub your feet over the pebbles and you’ll exfoliate them whilst nourishing them. The tea-tree oil will also get rid of any nasty smells, too!
8. Don’t waste money on cheap perfumes. You’ll need far more spritzes to actually smell the product, and it won’t last anywhere near as long. Buy a high-quality perfume and you’ll only need one or two spritzes – and it will last all day long.
9. To set your hair style in place, give it a quick blast with the cool setting on your hairdryer. Too much heat will make your hair flat and lifeless, so if possible, style your hair without heat and then blast it with the cool setting.
10. My absolute best beauty tip is to look after your body. A healthy body will give you radiant skin, skin hair, and clear your body of spots and oily patches. Eat plenty of green vegetables, try to stick to whole grains, and drink at least two liters of water a day – but also, allow yourself a treat. A person that eats nothing but vegetables is not necessarily the healthiest person!
